This is an inspection of a nickle plating mandrel for the Comanche. The CAD model on the laptop represents the tool on the left which is receiving a final inspection. ICS contracted ATDG to engineer and manufacture the instrument panel. ICS builds the certified flight simulators in which the instrument panels are installed. ATDG modified the reverse engineered CAD model of the cowling to accomodate the new Continental engine and built master tooling of the new engine cowls.
